When you need private deployment in your VPC, SSO and SCIM, custom RBAC, custom integrations with your CRM/ERP/ticketing systems, dedicated success management, or compliance scope (SOC 2 path, custom DPA, custom retention). Pricing is shaped around scope.

What is the Unique License?

A one-time platform purchase that includes full source code, dedicated deployment, white label rights, custom MCPs, RAG architecture, technical documentation and full IP transfer. Designed for organizations (especially research areas and internal R&D) that want to own and operate the platform internally.

How does LLM and API billing work?

Accepted Answer

LLM and API usage is provisioned and billed by you, directly with your providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) or your own model deployment. Deskor doesn't mark up tokens. You keep direct control over model choice, cost, and provider relationships. Workspace and Workspace Enterprise include the platform infrastructure (hosting, GPU, storage, vector DB).

Can I bring my own models or use private LLMs?

Yes. All tiers support multi-LLM routing including the latest commercial and open-source models. Workspace Enterprise also supports private model deployment in your VPC. Unique License customers configure any model architecture they choose.

How does data security work?

Role-based access, workspace isolation, audit trails, source traceability, and no training on your data without permission. SOC 2 path available with Workspace Enterprise. Private deployment in your VPC and region available with Enterprise.

Is there a free trial or pilot?

We offer scoped pilots for Workspace Enterprise prospects, typically structured as a 30-day proof of concept on a defined workflow. Pilots are paid but credited toward the contract if you proceed.

You move into monthly billing for your tier. For Workspace, ongoing support is via email. For Workspace Enterprise, you get priority support and dedicated success management. Additional consulting blocks ($5,000 for 10 hours/month) are available as add-ons on Enterprise.

Can I add more users or client spaces later?

Yes. Workspace includes 5 users and 10 client spaces. Beyond that, you move toward Workspace Enterprise with custom user counts and client space allocations. Agents are unlimited at every tier.
